I live at the intersection of two worlds that might seem far apart: the structured clarity of finance and the boundless possibilities of storytelling. Numbers keep me grounded, but words let me fly. Together, they shape the way I see life and the way I write about it.

Over the years, I’ve worked in finance through roles in customer service, accounts payable, and auditing. This side of me thrives on detail, accuracy, and structure. But alongside that, writing has always been my natural outlet – a way of observing, questioning, and translating everyday life into something others can connect with.

For me, writing is not about decoration. It is about connection.

A Writer of Many Niches

Life is multi-layered, so my writing reflects that. I am not limited to a single niche because I believe every subject carries a story worth telling. Faith & Relationships As a committed Christian, I bring both honesty and humor to the complex world of relationships. I write in a voice that is flirty, funny, honest, and redemptive – because life rarely follows neat patterns. From navigating modern dating with faith to exploring boundaries, healing, and growth, I enjoy capturing the very human experiences that make us laugh, cringe, and reflect. Lifestyle & Growth Culture, habits, and daily life fascinate me. Whether it’s the subtle culture shocks of travel, the comfort of baking bread, or the tough process of unlearning old habits, I write lifestyle pieces that are relatable and reflective.

For me, lifestyle writing is about finding meaning in the small things that connect us all. Finance & Professional Insights With a professional background in finance, I have a different kind of lens: one that makes numbers approachable. From tax law to budgeting, financial compliance to money management, I enjoy translating technical subjects into content that is practical and easy to follow. Numbers also tell stories, and I believe those stories matter.

This versatility allows me to adapt my writing to different audiences – whether it’s young professionals, readers exploring faith, or anyone simply looking for a laugh at life’s quirks.

What Shapes My Writing

If my writing carries a thread, it is woven with three things:

  • Authenticity – I believe people connect most deeply with truth. I do not shy away from awkwardness, failure, or questions. Whether I am writing about money, love, or faith, honesty is my first rule.
  • Balance – My work balances depth with lightness, humor with seriousness, and practicality with reflection. I want readers to leave entertained but also thoughtful.
  • Perspective – Moving between finance and storytelling has given me a unique view. I can explain technical concepts with warmth, and I can write about personal growth with structure. This blend gives my voice its shape.

Meer is not just a platform – it is a meeting point of cultures, languages, and perspectives. To write for an international readership across English, German, Italian, and Spanish editions excites me because it means engaging in a truly global conversation.

The themes I write about – faith, growth, money, and relationships – are universal, even if the details change across cultures. Whether a reader is in Nairobi, Berlin, or Buenos Aires, the goal is the same: to offer a story that resonates, entertains, and maybe shifts how they see things.

Beyond writing and finance, I spend time baking, mentoring young women, and embracing spontaneous adventures. Mentorship in particular has shown me that sharing stories is not only about writing them – it is about living openly and offering parts of your journey that might help someone else.

I have learnt that growth does not happen in isolation. It happens in conversation, in community, and sometimes in the quiet space of reading someone else’s story and realising, "Me too.”

At its core, my writing is an act of connection. If a reader laughs, finds clarity, or feels understood because of something I wrote, then I have achieved my purpose. I believe stories are bridges. They connect the seen and unseen, the practical and the poetic, and the personal and the universal. My goal is to build those bridges between faith and life, between numbers and narratives, and between humor and hope.

And that is what I bring to Meer: a voice that is versatile but grounded, entertaining but thoughtful, and honest but hopeful.
