Punto sull'arte, a renowned contemporary art gallery in Varese, proudly presents the twelfth edition of the group exhibition <20 15×15/20×20, an unmissable event for enthusiasts, collectors, and professionals in the fields of contemporary art, painting, and sculpture. The vernissage, open to the public, will take place on Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Punto sull'arte’s main venue, located at Viale Sant’Antonio 59/61 in Varese. This exhibition offers a unique opportunity to engage with internationally acclaimed artists.

The 2025 edition features an exceptional group of 17 artists: Annalù, Paolo Campa, Gianluca Corona, Claudio Filippini, Luca Gastaldo, Ana Kapor, Lara Martinato, Raffaele Minotto, Nicola Nannini, Lorenzo e Simona Perrone, Tom Porta, Erik Roux-Fontaine, Brian Keith Stephens, Pierantonio Tanzola, Giorgio Tonelli, Alessio Vaccari and Marika Vicari.

These talented artists, both Italian and international, have enthusiastically embraced the challenge of expressing their artistic vision, without constraints of theme or technique, in unexpected and unique dimensions of 15×15 and 20×20 cm. The works, arranged as a single linear symphony, are an explosion of creativity and passion.

The gaze is captivated by the works of Annalù, an internationally renowned artist, who enchants with small fiberglass trees swayed by an invisible breeze. The classic theme of still life is reinterpreted in a contemporary key by Paolo Campa, who focuses on capturing the beauty and fragility of mountain flowers, and by Gianluca Corona, whose brush brings us small fruits pulsating with life. Claudio Filippini tells the story of pop America, the one of New York storefronts and colorful signs, while the blue brushstrokes of Luca Gastaldo, a Varese-based artist, evoke introspection and spirituality. Ana Kapor, an artist originally from Belgrade, paints magical, ancestral, and metaphysical views in small formats. These are possible yet unreal places, spaces infused with the tranquility of both classical and contemporary painting. The eye is then inevitably drawn to the gold in the works of Lara Martinato, paintings in which she explores the mysticism of symbolic figures that rise to immortal icons through her brush. The art of Alessio Vaccari, on the other hand, begins with a careful observation of reality. His paintings result from a deep investigation of light and space, with a particular focus on the objects that inhabit them.

The painting of Raffaele Minotto takes us by the hand and leads us through a journey that winds through the parlors and dining rooms of bygone eras, while the sunsets of Nicola Nannini soothe the mind and calm the soul. Milanese artists Lorenzo and Simona Perrone, already featured in April at Punto sull'arte with the exhibition Di bianco e di essenza, capture the spirit with their meaningful LibriBianchi. Tom Porta, true to his swift brushstroke, uses painting to explore the history of the 20th century, presenting new and captivating subjects. Suspended between dream and reality, in golden and surreal skies, the subjects of French artist Eric Roux-Fontaine seem like frames from magical and distant worlds. Animals return as protagonists in the vibrant works of Brian Keith Stephens, while Pierantonio Tanzola explores the human soul with a unique painting language. The theme of landscape reappears in the paintings of Giorgio Tonelli, who offers us clear and balanced urban visions, and Marika Vicari, who, with unexpected touches of color, speaks to us about the beauty and complexity of nature.

Some of them will be present at the Vernissage open to the public, which will take place on Thursday, June 12, from 5 pm to 8 pm at the main Gallery in Viale Sant’Antonio 59/61 in Varese. The exhibition will be open until August 2, 2025.
