Over the course of two years, Hong Kong artist Bambi Lam and Taiwan artist Hsu Yi Hsuan document small moments of their relationship using print-making, the artistic medium that first brought them together.

Their works humorously highlight the cultural differences of the two cities and fosters mutual understanding between the couple.

In the “Half and Half” series, each work is co-created by the artists. In respond to a particular topic, one artist would finish half of a work, and mail the semi-finished piece for the other to complete. Their first work, Printing Press, features their working spaces respectively, and Cotton Tree Pavement depicts the city-scape around them.
