Paci contemporary is pleased to announce the opening of "Eternal Noe, Solo Show focused on Mario Cravo Neto, one of the most important Brazilian photographer, passed away in 2009 and whose works are represented exclusively for Europe. The gallery has been cooperating with the new Mario Cravo Neto Institute, whose official opening has been celebrated during summer 2015.

The exhibition will be the occasion to admire the most famous works of the 80s-90s, the elegant black and white series where images led to a suspended and muffled atmosphere, where bodies and objects acquire an intimate and mystic appearance. Mario Cravo Neto "stages" his portraits to realize the deepness of the meanings and to give an important value to the light that lend to three-dimensionality and a sculptural appearance of the subjects.

The Solo Show will go through the most important prints by Mario Cravo Neto, each of which has a pure meaning that has its roots in a creative and unique language able to mix up religion and traditions, violence and drama, nature and culture. For this special occasion the gallery will publish a catalogue with a critical text written by Christian Cravo, son of the great master and photographer to his turn.
