Erin Cluley Gallery is pleased to announce The kitchen sink, a group exhibition drawing from the gallery’s flat files, backroom archive, and founder Erin Cluley’s personal collection of books and objects. Bringing works by gallery artists alongside earlier acquisitions, books, exhibition catalogs, artist prints, and unexpected finds dating back to the gallery’s founding in 2014, the exhibition offers an expansive and intimate look into the gallery’s evolving exhibition history and collecting practices.

Since 2019, Erin Cluley Gallery has utilized its expansive back room as an alternative exhibition space. While many galleries keep storage hidden from public view, Erin Cluley Gallery has long encouraged visitors to move beyond the front exhibition spaces and engage more directly with the broader life of the gallery.
