Influenced by American photorealism, however, Moradi seems to overcome it by drawing on surrealist atmospheres.

“My art is a reflection of a life lived between two contrasting worlds: the rhythmic, mechanical environment of my father’s car repair shop and the silent, expressive world of painting. These early experiences shaped a unique worldview, where the cold metal of automobiles and the fluid nature of art merge to become a singular language for my emotions.

For me, painting is not about reaching a specific destination or achievement; it is a profound medium for expressing my perceptions of the world. Through my work, I translate my inner feelings into a visual dialogue between humanity and the objects that surround us. I see cars not merely as machines, but as vessels of memory, nostalgia, and social identity.

My paintings inhabit a space of ambiguity, inviting the viewer to look beyond the surface. I strive to convey the subtle shifts in human lifestyle and the passage of time through the textures and forms of my subjects. Ultimately, my work is an exploration of existence—a way to share my sensory experience and personal philosophy with those who step into the atmosphere of my canvases.”
