Traffic Gallery is proud to present the third solo exhibition of the famous duo of street artists Orticanoodles.
After returning from important interventions of Wall Painting in Turin, Mantova, Paris, Weil am Rhein, Catania, Carrara and Dusseldorf, the duo composed by Wally and Alita chooses Traffic Gallery to present new works with a installational matrix that will give life to the exhibition Dirty Life.
The exhibition, consists of Found Objects Stencils and of Stencil on Stencil, will follow the recent developments installative made in Paris, Germany and Portugal.
The graphically impeccable aesthetics, signature style of Orticanoodles, will collide with a "dirty" setting through the use of objects, furniture, garbage and the remains found in the street, in landfills, or accidentally appeared on the endless roads used by artists in their Dirty Life. Beautiful losers, artists bastards, suicide deaths, alleged holy, useless icons of the charm.
The Orticanoodles are considered as among the most brilliant interpreters of their time able to have caught and found the perfect summary of the lessons in style cut-up of the American writer Williams Burroughs and painter Brion Gysin and of the theory in pop-art style of Andy Warhol.
Through the instrument of Guerrilla Art they have created a perfect mash-up between all intents and all the princes present in Dadaism, the Beat Generation, in Pop Art and in the literary technique of cut-up.
Dirty Life is not a sound title, it is a lifestyle, a thought, a culture. Saturday the 5th of October in Bergamo will be opened at via Bianzana the last Wall Painting of the artists, and then the opening of the show at Traffic Gallery.
