The City Gallery is closed until March 2018. The City Now City Future season will be on display in this space from June 2017.

Almost nobody lives in the City of London. Despite 390,000 people working there every day, the City of London is almost deserted at night - just 7,000 people live there permanently.

Business is built into the City’s architecture. Many streets in the City of London are named after the goods traditionally sold there hundreds of years ago. Look out for Bread Street, Cloth Fair, and Garlick Hill.
