Montanaro Fine Art is pleased to present Summer Breeze: artists by the sea, featuring a selected group of painters inspired by, and living by the Sea.

This exhibition features an array of artists working and living by the coastal shores of New England, Cape Cod, California and Hawaii - featuring modern artist, John Grillo, who lived in Wellfleet, Cape Cod; contemporary artists Helen Cantrell; Brian Keith Stephens; Chris Wyllie; David Wein; Hawaiian mixed media art by Pete Cabrinha, and new ocean-inspired paintings by California’s Wade Koniakowsky.

Bringing together a range of artistic perspectives, Summer Breeze explores the enduring influence of coastal landscapes on contemporary and modern painting. From luminous seascapes and expressive abstractions to richly textured mixed-media works, the exhibition reflects the diverse ways artists interpret the rhythms, atmosphere, and ever-changing light of life by the ocean. United by a shared connection to the sea, these works celebrate the beauty, energy, and sense of place that continue to inspire generations of artists.
