Graduated in Medicine, General Practitioner, specializing in Internal Medicine. he completed the training course of the Superior General Practice Research School "Edo Parma", promoted by the Istituto Mario Negri in Milan and by the Research Center in General Medicine (CSeRMEG). He lectures for the degree course in Medicine and Surgery of the University of Florence and the Training Course for General Medicine in Tuscany. He has designed and participated as a lecturer and speaker at numerous conferences and training courses for general practitioners and other professionals at local, regional and national levels. Member of the Local Ethics Committee. Author of texts on General Medicine, he has published numerous articles on cardiology and General Medicine. He participated in the design and implementation of several research projects in General Practice.
