Born in a small farming village in the western part of ancient Bharat (India), now known as the state of Gujarat, I was raised in a humble yet deeply rooted environment. My parents were farmers, and life was simple, often challenging but rich in values. As the youngest in the family, I grew up observing and absorbing lessons from everyone around me. My mother instilled in me a strong connection to culture, self-awareness, and inner resilience. From my father, I learned patience and loyalty. My brothers taught me responsibility and protection, while my sisters shaped my understanding of kindness and compassion. Together, these influences built a foundation that would later guide me through life’s complexities. My early years were far from easy. I experienced poverty, hunger, emotional struggles, and personal setbacks.

As a child, I was highly energetic, often rebellious, and made several mistakes along the way. Many around me believed I would take a negative path in life. However, these very challenges became the raw material for my transformation. A major turning point came during my academic journey. After failing high school twice, I made a firm decision to change the direction of my life. On my third attempt, I passed, and from that moment onward, I committed to never failing in life again, not just academically but in my approach to growth and discipline. I pursued higher education with dedication, completing a master's degree in Hindi and a master's in yoga and naturopathy.

Alongside these, I earned multiple professional qualifications, including a bachelor's in physical education, diplomas in yoga and cultural synthesis, spa management, and certifications in wellness therapies, anatomy, physiology, Ayurveda, and nutrition. I consistently achieved first-class results and further advanced my academic journey by pursuing a PhD. During my school and university years, I was also deeply involved in athletics. I competed at state and national levels in cross-country and long-distance running, earning multiple medals. Sports played a crucial role in shaping my discipline, endurance, and mental strength. To support myself during these years, I worked across a wide range of fields: pharmacy, hospitality, wellness centers, hospitals, electrical and plumbing work, house painting, cleaning, cooking, sales, bakeries, and travel services. These experiences not only built resilience but also gave me a deep understanding of life across different social and economic layers.

My professional journey began as a yoga and physical education teacher at an international school. I later spent over a decade in the hotel and spa industry, working with respected Indian and global brands, gaining extensive experience in wellness and holistic health. Another defining moment came when I chose to leave a stable and reputable career to follow a deeper calling to live and share the path of Yogic and Vedic wisdom. This decision led me to travel across countries, including South Korea, Singapore, the UAE, Nepal, Turkey, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Qatar, before eventually settling in Montenegro.

For over a decade now, I have been based in Montenegro, where I share Yogic and Vedic philosophy with individuals from diverse backgrounds, guiding them toward inner balance, clarity, and a more conscious way of living. I remain deeply grateful for the support of my family, friends, and all those who stood by me during difficult times. I also hold great respect for every individual’s journey, understanding that each person carries their own story and struggles. Being born in Bharat (India) has been one of my greatest blessings. It is a land where the pursuit of inner balance, truth, and higher purpose has been preserved through generations.

The more I study Yogic and Vedic knowledge, the more my respect deepens for this heritage and for those who have protected and passed it on with integrity. Today, my life is shaped by discipline, clarity, compassion, and purpose. My journey has taught me not just lessons but a way of being. I do not aim to teach in the conventional sense but to share an energy, an experience, one that can help others reconnect with themselves and contribute to a more balanced and conscious world. I move forward with gratitude, contentment, and a clear vision of how I wish to live and serve. My writing journey is an extension of my inner exploration, a way to preserve, simplify, and share Yogic and Vedic wisdom for modern life.

Through over 20 books, including Jeevanopanishad, Niyamopanishad, Pranopanishad, Yamopanishad, Asanopanisad, Divine Mother, The Cosmic Code, The Eternal Thread, The Guardians of Memory, The Inner Compass, The Unspoken Symphony, Unlearning the Self, Dharma – Path of Eternal Principles, and Yog Is Not for Sale, my intention has been to reconnect individuals with their inner truth. Each work is not just knowledge but a reminder to return, to realign, and to live with awareness, balance, and purpose. People are not lacking knowledge; they are disconnected from themselves. I aim to bring wisdom back to its essence: practical, experiential, and alive. These works are not teachings but reminders to return to balance, awareness, and the truth already within.
