Rele, Lagos is delighted to present The Lagos salon: pamphlets curated by Ameh Egwuh and Kingsley Ayogu.
Pamphlets is an exhibition that prioritizes self-expression and exploration of the arts in its purest form - unrestricted, intuitive, and deeply personal. Featuring the works of 29 artists who currently live or have considered Lagos home at some point, the show invites you to step into a world where every piece tells a deeply personal story.
The artist featured in this exhibition represents a wide range of mediums and practices. What unites them, however, is a shared desire to create work that is both deeply and universal in its themes. Whether exploring the complexities of urban life, personal Identity, memory, or cultural transformation.
Pamphlets is a celebration of individual voices, but it is also a collective dialogue - a space where diverse perspectives come together to reflect the multifaceted nature of life in Lagos.
