The City of Arts and Sciences (Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències) is a spectacular neofuturistic architectural and cultural complex located in the former riverbed of the Turia River in Valencia, Spain. Designed mainly by Santiago Calatrava, it is one of the largest scientific and cultural dissemination centers in Europe.
